Kinetik are pleased to confirm that we provide an exceptional 150 day warranty on compatible lamps and 365days on original Lamps extended periods where the manufacturer's warranty is longer; this applies to any brand showing faults due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty commences from date of invoice.
Damaged in transit
Breakages of lamp or module must be reported within five working days of receipt to enable us to claim with our carriers. Any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.
Customer Ordered in error
If you have ordered the wrong item or you no longer require the lamp, please log a returns request as "Customer Order Error" within 14 days of the invoice date. Normally a restocking charge is applied against the return credit, assuming the package is unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact.
Faulty Product / Warranty claim
If in the unlikely event that your lamp does not work and that there appears to a fault please use the standard returns process to get the lamp back to us and to receive a replacement.
Incorrect product supplied
We endeavour to ensure that we supply the correct lamp to you, but in the unlikely event that we have made an error with your order, please log a return request as a "Kinetik lampsSales Error" within 14 days of the invoice date. The query will be checked by our sales team against your original purchase order. Products must be unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact.
If you purchased your projector lamp on credit card a refund will be made to the card you paid with after the goods have been inspected by Kinetik Lamp.
If you purchased your projector lamps or bulb by wire transfer or check a refund will be made to the same account after the goods have been inspected by Kinetik Lamp.
All projector lamp returns must first be authorized by Kinetik within 150 days of the original ship date. An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained by the customer prior to shipping any projector lamp back to us. If you do not have an RMA number and the lamp is shipped back to us it is likely your item will automatically go into our recycling program and then no credit can be issued.
Important: This form is not an RMA or authorization to return your projector lamp. Please wait for confirmation from Kinetiklamps prior to sending your lamp. Kinetik lamps will contact you after receiving your information. Note that customers have 30 days from the date an RMA number is issued to return their projector lamp. Unfortunately after 30 days has passed from the date of issuing an RMA number we cannot accept your return.
