On realising that I had a problem with my 52" TV caused by the lamp "blowing", my first reaction was to identify how I could solve the problem using my local TV/Hi Fi shop.
I gave them the details and waited for over a week in order that they could contact Sony.
No phone call was received and I started to become impatient.
To my surprise I found the details provided on the Kinetik website allowed me to come to a quick decision regarding the product I required and a few days later it was on my doorstep.
The complete lighting unit was easy to install, and my TV worked!
I informed the TV Shop that I had solved the problem via the internet, and they deleted my enquiry from their enquiry book (over 2 weeks from the initial enquiry date).
I urge any person with similar problems to try the same solution.
